Lucy Liddell and Tracey Lankford
Lucy and Tracey's class at GSS visited a hospitalized classmate in 1973. In this photo, Tracey is seated on the teacher's lap and Lucy is to the right.
Still great friends after all these years!

GSS IN THE NEWS
Two of our very special teachers are considered gems in our community. Please see the wonderful article written about them in the Ruxton-Riderwood-Lake Roland Area Improvement Association Neighborhood NEWS (scroll to page 10).
Lucy and Tracey first met while attending preschool at Good Shepherd School in the early 1970's and they remain very close friends 50 years later! Lucy remembers "loving the playground - there was so much to do! I remember being told I would be in a carpool prior to starting at GSS and not understanding how a pool would be part of getting to school!"
Tracey reports, "I have a lifelong friend in Lucy." She noted "GSS is a wonderful school where my little 4-year old niece now attends. I play with her on the same playground where I played 50 years ago! GSS is a blessing to so many."
We couldn't agree more! Good Shepherd is a very special place to spend the preschool and kindergarten years, where lifelong friends and memories are made.
